Your sponsorship of 2022’s event directly impacts the A2AC’s ability to keep visual art experiences and education available and accessible to everyone

The A2AC Gala, the Art Center’s signature fundraising event, brings together over 100 community members and business leaders who share a vision for a vibrant, creative, and prosperous community inspired by the visual arts. The funds raised during the A2AC Gala support visual arts programming throughout the year—ensuring visual art is available and accessible to everyone.


SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Event Sponsorship

Support the A2AC Gala by becoming a table sponsor – the perfect opportunity to introduce your clients to the A2AC and your commitment to the visual arts in downtown Ann Arbor.

Commitment Deadline: April 25, 2022

As a table sponsor, your company name and/or logo will be listed in the event program and displayed in a creative way on the tables at the event.

Your company will receive two event tickets and have the opportunity to purchase additional tickets at a discounted rate.

Program Ad Sponsorships

Support the A2AC and the A2AC Gala by placing an ad for your business in our event program. The program will be available for view on our website and each gala attendee will receive a physical copy. Following the Gala, the program will be updated and given to patrons as they visit the A2AC upon re-opening. All ads will be included in the program through December 2022.

At this level, you are placing a ½ page, black and white, ad for your business in the A2AC Gala event program.

This program is available for the community to view on our website and each attendee receives a physical copy at the A2AC Gala.

Following the A2AC Gala, a version of the program will be created to be distributed to patrons as they visit the A2AC upon re-opening until December 2022

¼ PAGE PROGRAM AD
$500 INVESTMENT
SIZE: 2.5” x 4”

At this level, you are placing a ¼ page, black and white, ad for your business in the A2AC Gala event program.

This program is available for the community to view on our website and each attendee receives a physical copy at the A2AC Gala.

Following the A2AC Gala, a version of the program will be created to be distributed to patrons as they visit the A2AC upon re-opening until December 2022

WHAT IS THE A2AC GALA?

Rebranded and reinvigorated – the A2AC Gala is the Art Center’s signature fundraising event. Bringing together over 100 community members and business leaders who share a vision for a vibrant, creative, and prosperous community inspired by the visual arts, the funds raised during the A2AC Gala support visual arts programming throughout the year—ensuring visual art is available and accessible to everyone.

Since 2014, this spring celebration has raised over $300,000 to support Art Center initiatives and has provided scholarships to over 230 youth and families for art classes and week-long camps.

A2AC GALA: FRAMING OUR FUTURE

On May 18th, attendees will head to downtown Ann Arbor for a night to remember. Guests will start at the fully renovated and expanded A2AC for a Cocktail Reception, ribbon cutting, and tours. President & CEO Marie Klopf will then lead everyone to the beautiful Zingerman’s Greyline for a sumptuous dinner, live art creation by Noah Kaplan, tantalizing tunes from Erik Nordin of The Strange. 

Marie will share the vision for the future, leading off the opportunity for participants to support the A2AC through an energetic live auction, packed with creative art experiences. And the paddle raises, or the “Art for Everyone” item is the most significant auction lot, raising the largest portion of funds.
