Creativity Camp | Ages 5-12
Each day, our Creativity Camps are packed with fun and challenging activities that balance learning and play. Campers may experiment with a variety of mediums such as graphite, paint, pastels, charcoal, watercolor, sculptural materials, and more. Although we provide a lot of traditional art instruction, we also encourage campers to take what they’ve learned and apply it to outside-the-box projects.
- Children are divided into the following groups: Ages 5-7, Ages 8-9, Ages 10-12.
- Drop-off Time | 8:40am – 9:00am
- Pick-up Time | 4:00pm – 4:20pm
Tuition: $435/week
Please note:
We do not make exceptions to the minimum age required to be in a given group.
Week 3 is a 3-Day camp due to the 4th of July Holiday | Tuition for this camp is $261.
Creativity Camp sessions do not use clay that is fired in a kiln and they do not throw on the pottery wheel.

SPRING BREAK: NATURE’S PALETTE
MARCH 24 – MARCH 28
Spring has sprung! Welcome the season and discover the endless inspiration nature provides. Springtime gifts of budding flowers, buzzing insects, and landscapes in bloom will be celebrated through a variety of materials and techniques. Campers will:
- Utilize natural materials, such as leaves and flowers, to create a work of art
- Experiment with making dyes from natural materials to create unique, eco-friendly art
- Explore symmetry in nature and create a vibrant, colorful insect
WEEK 1: COLOR LAB
JUNE 16 – JUNE 20
Colors and creativity reveal the vibrant beauty in the world around us. Campers will immerse themselves in the enchanting world of color by exploring how interacts dynamically, evokes emotions, and brings the harmonious wonder of rainbows to life. Campers will:
- Learn printmaking techniques and create a gradient print with colors that blend smoothly from one to another.
- Make colorful, mesmerizing marbled paper
- Create a work of art inspired by the bold colors of Pop Art
WEEK 2: MAGICAL CREATURES & WORLDS
JUNE 23 – JUNE 27
Embark on an enchanted journey of magic and imagination! Step through the portal as we travel to realms unseen, encounter fantastical creatures, and explore mystical landscapes. Campers will:
- Craft a personalized magic wand to channel our creative powers
- Design and sew a magical creature companion
- Design and construct an enchanted home for fairies or gnomes
WEEK 3: LIGHT IT UP! (3-Day Camp Week)
JUNE 30 – JULY 2
Join us for an illuminating 3-day camp week as we explore the dazzling power of light and luminosity! Campers will dive into projects that radiate, glow, and shine, bringing a new level of brightness to their creativity:
- Collaborate to create a blacklight installation, experimenting with color and contrast under UV light to produce a glowing collection of art
- Craft a colorful luminary that shines with an LED light
*Due to the holiday, this is a 3-day camp week. There will be no camp on Thursday or Friday.
WEEK 4: INTERACTIVE ART & TOYS
JULY 7 – JULY 11
Get ready for a week of playful creativity that invites interaction, movement, and play! Campers will explore how art can be both fun and functional as they:
- Design and build a kinetic sculpture inspired by Alexander Calder’s colorful and whimsical stabiles
- Manipulate 2-dimensional material into 3-dimensional forms to build a miniature imaginary playground
- Design and fabricate a one-of-a-kind puppet or marionette
WEEK 5: THE ARTIST’S TOOLBOX
JULY 14 – JULY 18
Step into the artist’s toolbox and journey through art history! Art materials are the building blocks of every masterpiece, shaping an artist’s creative style and expressions. This week campers will explore art throughout the ages, reimagine classic materials, and develop a richer appreciation for art history while building connections to their own creative process. Through hands-on projects campers will:
- Reimagine iconic works of art
- Craft a personalized paint palette or paint brush
- Create a giant sculpture of a classic art tool
WEEK 6: COMICS & CHARACTERS
JULY 21 – JULY 25
Dive into the dynamic world of comics and character creation! Campers will learn the art of storytelling and character design as they:
- Create a bold work of art inspired by Pop Artist Roy Lichtenstein
- Design a gigantic comic strip with movable characters
- Create a mini comic book or zine
WEEK 7: FOOD FOR THOUGHT
JULY 28 – AUGUST 1
Get ready for a feast of creativity! From vibrant food sculptures to delectable designs, campers will explore how creativity and cuisine intertwine. Join us as we create tasty treats for the eye, such as:
- A miniature food object sculpted from polymer clay
- An oversized food sculpture inspired by Claes Oldenburg’s soft sculptures
- A realistic mixed media food collage that focuses on texture
WEEK 8: MONSTER MAKERS
AUGUST 4 – AUGUST 8
This week, campers will dive into the world of wild and whimsical creature creation! From quirky, friendly monsters, to fearsome, fantastical beasts, we’ll explore what it takes to design and bring to life a world of unique monsters. Campers will:
- Combine different monstrous characteristics to design an interchangeable and interactive monster mash-up
- Build a wearable monster mask or accessory to transform themselves into their own. unique monster creation
- Create an interactive monster puppet! Experiment with movable parts, texture, and colors to bring a monster to life
WEEK 9: WILDLIFE WONDERS
AUGUST 11 – AUGUST 15
Unleash your creativity as we embark on an expedition through the natural world of diverse animals, insects, and environments. Campers will bring the wonder of the animal kingdom and natural world to life as they:
- Work together to create an installation inspired by a biome such as the arctic or rainforest and its accompanied inhabitants
- Design and create a brightly colored and patterned representation of an Alebrije, Mexican folk art sculptures of fantastical creatures
- Explore a variety of techniques or materials to render realistic textures such as fur or scales
WEEK 10: OUTER SPACE EXPLORERS
AUGUST 18 – AUGUST 22
Blast off into the cosmos of creativity! What mysteries await us in the far reaches of space? Campers will boldly explore the final frontier as they:
- Create wearable space gear and tools
- Collaborate to build a rocket ship
- Design alien characters and intergalactic creatures
